Perfect for multi-generational living. On the large plot there are several patios to hang out on, space to park the car, a garden area and of course the private pool where you can cool off on hot days. From the pool area, garden and terraces, you can also enjoy the previously mentioned, absolutely fantastic view. The whole house and grounds are very well maintained, so you can just unpack your bags and start enjoying yourself.
Ciudad Quesada is an area where there are people and movement all year round. Here there is a large selection of restaurants, bars, shops and all the services you need during your stay in the area. Here you can find entertainment such as mini golf, golf, bowling, hiking trails, water park, etc. Quesada is an area where there is something for all ages! The Norwegian school is also located here. In 10 minutes by car you can reach several beaches as well as the two cities of Torrevieja and Guardamar. From the house, it is walking distance to one of the area's finest parks and also down to the La Marquesa golf course.
