Welcome to a large detached house with attached guest cottage "La Casita". Located in Chinche Guía de Isora.
Here you live in an authentic Canarian atmosphere with nature on your doorstep. Varied hiking trail, activities and unbeatable views. It is not only nature and the forest that you can enjoy. With about 20 minutes by car you are down at the coast, where you can take a day and enjoy the sandy beaches or why not a dip in the sea.
It is an elevated two-story house with a roof terrace and a cozy courtyard. In front of the house there are two garage spaces with a roof. On the ground floor, we have a total of three bedrooms, two of which are large bedrooms with double beds and a slightly smaller bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower. On this floor there is another large bathroom with a bathtub. The living room is pleasant and cozy with a fireplace and a small library next door. The house offers large hall spaces. A bright kitchen with lots of storage and good work surfaces to use, next to the kitchen we have a stylish dining room with glazed doors to the courtyard.
Upstairs we find a bathroom with a shower. Large open family room with dining table and chairs, sofa group and wood burning stove. Large window sections offer a peaceful view towards the sparkling sea and the west coast. Glazed doors take us out to a generous terrace, as if made to soak up the sun and enjoy views such as mountains and sea. In the evening, you have the magical sunsets to look forward to.
Next to the house we have "La Casita" a guest cottage perfect for visiting family and friends, or why not rent. La Casita offers a large kitchen, a couple of steps down from the kitchen take us to the living room/bedroom with fireplace cabin. Bathroom with shower.
The whole house has a lot of character and a high cozy factor, where flea market finds and modern furnishings have been mixed with tasteful style.
